How to Build a Client Delivery SOP in One Day

You don't need a 30-page playbook. You need one document, one Loom, one checklist. Here's the format.

Stop trying to write the perfect operations manual. Build the minimum viable SOP.

Open a Google Doc. Walk through what happens between a client paying and finishing month one. Write each step in the present tense. Record one Loom that screen-captures you doing it.

That's the SOP. That's it.

The mistake most coaches make: they wait until they can do it 'properly.' Then they never do it. A 70% SOP shipped today beats a 100% SOP shipped never.

Once it's documented, hand it to a VA, your partner, or anyone with a pulse. If they can execute it without messaging you for clarification, the SOP is good. If they can't, edit the document.

Repeat for offboarding, renewal, refund handling, and onboarding the next coach. Five SOPs and one day of work is the floor.
